It all started in the kitchen of Mr. Antonis and Ms. Nota Souliotis on the island of Evia, Greece, when in 1957 they decided to offer their stuffed vine leaves with rice and fine herbs to Greek consumers. The following years brought success with Paliria products found in Greek and international markets.
